How Shipping Works

• A Buyer submits a request for an item.
• A Traveler accepts the request and agrees to purchase and deliver the item.
• The Buyer completes payment (item cost + fees).
• The Traveler purchases and transports the item.
• The item is delivered in person using a delivery code.
• Payment is released to the Traveler after confirmation.

Delivery Methods

• Delivery is primarily hand-to-hand (in-person).
• Delivery location is agreed upon between Buyer and Traveler.
• Alternative delivery methods are not guaranteed by COBAGAGE.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on traveler itinerary, distance, and customs conditions. COBAGAGE does not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs include traveler fee, platform commission, and additional agreed costs.

Item Responsibility

• Before delivery: Traveler ensures correct purchase and safe transport.
• At delivery: Buyer verifies item and provides delivery code.
• Once code is shared, transaction is final.

Proof of Delivery

A delivery code confirms item receipt and triggers payment release.

No-Show Policy

• 24h: Traveler attempts contact
• 7 days: Continued attempts by COBAGAGE
• After 7 days: 50% refund to Buyer, 50% to Traveler, Traveler keeps fees and tips

Incorrect or Damaged Items

Buyer must not share code and must report issue via app.

Customs & Restrictions

Users must comply with laws. COBAGAGE is not responsible for customs issues.

Liability

COBAGAGE is an intermediary and not liable for delays or losses.
